Branches of Growth provides comprehensive administrative support, substantially reducing your workload for documentation and billing, enabling you to focus on what you do best—helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique goals and needs.

• Engage in therapeutic sessions utilizing various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Educate clients about the harm-reduction model, supporting their personal choices regarding moderation or abstinence.
\n
• Create and provide additional resources that align with community recovery support options, such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Smart Recovery, and Moderation Management.
\n
• Facilitate online support groups and lead optional peer sessions to foster community and mutual support among clients.
\n
• Utilize provided tools to manage client scheduling, reduce administrative tasks, and ensure timely follow-up and care continuity.

• Engage with the Clinical Operations Team for ongoing support and participate in monthly peer group consultations to enhance your professional development.

You will be working with a diverse population of individuals seeking change in their relationship with alcohol, including those at various stages of their recovery journey. Qualifications\n

• Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
