Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a carefully screened clientele comprised of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns. This focus allows you to engage meaningfully with clients who can benefit from therapy without the complexities posed by severe psychological conditions. Your caseload will be aligned with your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a rewarding and fulfilling experience for both you and your clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
\n - A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n - A current and valid license to practice independently in Texas as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) . Note: Provisional or limited licenses are not acceptable.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates who have at least 2 years of post-graduate experience in clinical practice, demonstrating a solid background in mental health counseling and client support.
