Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients dealing with mood disorders, identifying the nuances of each case and establishing a therapeutic rapport.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to address specific concerns such as depression and anxiety.

• Continuously monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on your professional assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a preference for specialization in mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment practices such as CBT and DBT.

• Comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology and ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists for integrated care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
