Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in providing mental health services to a diverse range of clients, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.

• Familiarity with remote counseling practices and knowledge of child, adolescent, and adult developmental psychology, alongside approaches such as crisis intervention and multi-dimensional family therapy.

• Professional certifications in specialized modalities (e.g., DBT, Military and Trauma Certification) are preferred but not mandatory.

• Competitive yearly salary ranging between $80,000 and $122,000, contingent upon caseload and relevant experience.
