Work Environment\n

This role is based in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to reach clients where they are most comfortable. You will have flexible work hours, with a typical schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and occasional evening or weekend shifts on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status, focusing on the severity and impact of mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass their unique needs, personal goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective intervention strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, outlining treatment options and promoting practical self-care strategies.

• Track and monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver a seamless and integrated care experience.

• Stay informed on current research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, applying this knowledge to enhance client care.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all clinical interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, specifically in the treatment of mood disorders.
\n
• Expertise in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals for comprehensive client care.

• Demonstrated success and a record of effective outcomes in managing mood disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
