Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group-based, ensuring clients receive supportive care and practical tools for coping with their challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of experience in mental health counseling, with a proven ability to manage diverse patient cases.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, and a commitment to using evidence-based approaches.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a unique ability to connect and build rapport with a variety of clients.

• Proven crisis intervention skills and a calm demeanor during high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
