Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, creating personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective intervention strategies for individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues and providing community support for participants.

• Collaborate with an interprofessional team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, aiding individuals in mental health emergencies to stabilize their condition and connect them with appropriate resources.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery journey.

• Document patient interactions accurately and confidentially in compliance with all legal and ethical standards using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

• Engage in team meetings and case consultations regularly, contributing to interprofessional discussions to enhance collaborative care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
