Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships grounded in ethics and professional boundaries.

• Conducting regular client check-ins to assess progress, set goals, and manage upcoming appointments.
\n
• Designing, implementing, and continually monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs and circumstances.

• Documenting client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely fashion.
\n
• Performing thorough intake assessments to develop an understanding of client backgrounds and identify appropriate interventions.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, both weekly and as needed based on client requirements.
\n
• Engaging in individual supervision to enhance clinical competencies and receive continuous feedback.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center focuses primarily on youth and young adults dealing with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
