Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly one-on-one evidence-based therapy sessions with individual adult clients using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive space for personal exploration and healing.

• Work in conjunction with other psychiatric providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored for each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments, goal-setting tools, and functional improvement measures to continuously monitor client progress, allowing for meaningful adjustments to treatment plans.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with peers to enhance therapeutic practices and improve client outcomes.

• Record and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, your primary focus will be on adult clients dealing with a spectrum of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to embrace diversity in client backgrounds and experiences is crucial, as you will be providing culturally responsive care designed to meet varied needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Demonstrated ability to perform cognitive behavioral therapy as well as a repertoire of other evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
