Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based practices to support their mental health journeys.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in goal-setting and helping define concrete steps for achieving their objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who have been prescreened for stability, ensuring that they present low acuity levels. This supportive environment allows you to engage deeply with clients while providing targeted interventions that promote positive mental health outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
\n
• An active and independent license issued by the state board, including options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrable ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations to design effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, compassionate nature, and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in using technology for teletherapy, with strong computer literacy and adaptability to various online tools and platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition, our compensation package includes:
