Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health needs, considering their personal, cultural, and contextual backgrounds.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s specific objectives and challenges.

• Provide therapy services for individuals, couples, families, and groups, applying various therapeutic modalities as appropriate, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely client records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Stay current with best practices and advance your knowledge by attending ongoing training and professional development courses.

• Advocate for clients to improve their access to mental health resources in the community, fostering awareness and eliminating stigma surrounding mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will support a diverse clientele ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, many of whom are experiencing significant life challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. It is important to understand their cultural backgrounds and specific needs to enhance therapeutic engagement and effectiveness. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and pursue their goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited institution.

• Active Pennsylvania licensure as either LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
