Our clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, comprehensive mental health assessments to determine patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote effective mental health recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver impactful individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, providing valuable resources and a sense of community for individuals facing mental health challenges.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic treatment approach.

• Respond to and manage crisis situations, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate patient records within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
