Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a wide range of clients, predominantly stable adults with low acuity issues. Many of our clients seek help for anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic nature to better support diverse client backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using technology and telehealth platforms to conduct online therapy sessions efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy or familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities would be advantageous. We also prefer candidates who have experience working with diverse populations and those particularly skilled in handling a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $120,000 – $140,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Additional compensation includes:
