Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in thorough planning and coordination to make informed recommendations regarding individual patient care, particularly in home settings.

• Review cases and devise comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and evaluations.

• Participate in ongoing training, peer supervision, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

• Perform other administrative and clinical duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
