Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Circuit Healing Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Organizing and prioritizing daily tasks by assessing incoming patient needs as well as those of current and discharging patients.

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' medical and mental health histories to inform treatment approaches.

• Diagnosing and managing various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, ensuring evidence-based interventions are employed.

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and regularly reviewing their progress.

• Providing supportive interventions, including crisis management and bereavement support, to clients and their families.

• Adhering to all organizational standards and protocols to guarantee the health and safety of both staff and clients.
