Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to formulate personalized therapy strategies that address their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate, thorough clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to streamline documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other counselors, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay abreast of the latest research and techniques in mental health.

Qualifications\n
