Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor within our organization, you will work primarily with underrepresented individuals and families who face barriers to mental health care. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Family Mental Health and Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance for peace of mind. Counselors will also benefit from client referrals and reduced administrative burdens through our billing and documentation support systems.
