Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Instruct and support patients and their families in following prescribed therapeutic and medication regimens, ensuring they understand the importance of adherence.

• Prepare comprehensive intake summaries, treatment plans, and ongoing case summaries while maintaining confidential records in compliance with state and NCQA regulations.

• Engage in departmental program development to enhance treatment options available to clients, including the potential development of psychoeducational classes.
\n
• Participate in staff conferences to evaluate and refine treatment protocols based on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Utilize community resources and collaborate with public and private agencies to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• May supervise post-Masters fellows or associate staff if you have completed a supervision course, providing guidance and support to emerging mental health professionals.

• Report any safety concerns to the relevant authorities as mandated by regulations.

Qualifications\n
