Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and preferences during initial consultations.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients’ specific goals, using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others appropriate to the client.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions through teletherapy, employing active listening and therapeutic skills that foster a supportive environment.

• Maintain organized and confidential client records within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies that enhance service delivery.

• Continuously engage in professional development by attending training sessions and workshops to keep abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on adults and adolescents dealing with various mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will have the opportunity to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients, helping them to establish coping strategies and navigate life's challenges. With a focus on individualized care, you will be instrumental in promoting overall mental wellness within your patient population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and team members alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
