Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand patients' psychological and emotional needs.

• Monitoring patient outcomes and progress as an integral member of a multidisciplinary mental health team.

• Documenting patient achievements and challenges, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Developing and leading therapeutic activities, including both group therapy sessions and recreational therapy, tailored to each patient's specific needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based models such as coaching strategies and natural environment teaching methods to facilitate patient engagement and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A valid and current LPCC licensure in the state of California.
