Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly, evidence-based counseling sessions via live video conferencing to individual adults, providing personalized care tailored to their specific needs.

• Maintain detailed and secure records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting adult clients from diverse backgrounds who are seeking mental health support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with clients through a trauma-informed care lens, ensuring that their unique experiences and needs are respected and addressed in their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice without supervision, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.

• Ability to make sound professional evaluations and recommendations to effectively plan and implement treatment strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport building with clients.

• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms to ensure a seamless delivery of care.
