This is a remote position, allowing you to work from your home environment while connecting with clients via video chat. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical, empathetic, and effective mental health counseling to clients experiencing low-acuity issues, using our secure video telehealth platform.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique circumstances and develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize their mental health goals.

• Facilitate the development of new coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and communication skills in clients, enhancing their ability to manage daily challenges.

• Maintain ongoing documentation of client progress with minimal paperwork, allowing more time to focus on client care.

• Utilize data-driven methodologies to track client outcomes and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adult clients who may struggle with stress, anxiety, mild depression, and life transitions. By engaging with these individuals, you will help them navigate their mental health journeys, empowering them to achieve elevated well-being and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current independent state licensure as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD, which permits you to practice without supervision.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions against your licensure.
\n
• Proven strong interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of computer literacy, ensuring efficient use of our counseling platform.

• Reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate seamless video consultations with clients.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with low-acuity patients is preferred.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling practices.
\n
• Experience in developing personalized treatment plans and conducting assessments in a therapeutic setting.
