Work Environment\n

In this fully remote role, you will utilize telehealth technology to conduct your therapy sessions. The flexibility of working from home enables you to create a balanced work-life schedule. Your operational hours will primarily fall between Monday and Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy balance without the pressure of on-call demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, using established telehealth platforms that comply with HIPAA and provide a secure environment for client interactions.

• Facilitate meaningful discussions around clients’ emotions and life experiences to foster self-discovery and understanding of their relationships.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and a solution-focused approach.

• Act as a client advocate by guiding them toward defining and achieving personal goals that align with their mental health and well-being.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously to ensure continuity of care, making adjustments to treatment strategies as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license to practice, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in various telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Zenith's Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, contingent on your experience and the number of hours worked. Additionally, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend for our full-time mental health counselors.
