Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate a variety of counseling sessions, including individual, family, marriage, and group therapy, catering to different client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with various mental and behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will also work with families seeking support in navigating complex interpersonal dynamics. Your expertise will assist clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving tangible improvements in their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

• Current active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
