Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, which include gathering pertinent histories, understanding presenting problems, and setting the groundwork for personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services through our secure online platform, employing methodologies tailored to unique client circumstances and preferences.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, depending on clients' individual needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring proper reporting and privacy concerns are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; however, a Master's degree or doctoral degree is strongly preferred.
