This position is fully remote, allowing for convenience and flexibility while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. Our outpatient office operates from Monday through Saturday, providing ample scheduling options for our therapists. Clinicians can create and manage their schedules to find a balance between work and personal life, enhancing overall job satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, children, families, and groups to identify their specific mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans integrating a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing the psychosocial aspects of mental health.
\n
• Document all patient assessments and treatment progress promptly and accurately, adhering to ethical and departmental standards.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and enhance treatment plans through ongoing communication and involvement in patient rounds.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, coordinating with external professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate in continuous professional development through training and supervision to maintain best practices in therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each dealing with various mental health challenges. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, and more. A holistic approach is encouraged, incorporating the client's physical, psychological, and social well-being into their care.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
