Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual client needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Lead therapeutic support and psychoeducational groups that facilitate peer support and foster a sense of community.

• Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, discussing treatment plans in regular case consultations.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies during moments of heightened distress.

• Educate clients on mental health matters, treatment options, and resources available in the community to empower informed decisions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that aligns with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• Sound understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in various treatment modalities.
\n
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating an ability to adapt to the diverse needs of our client demographic.

• Strong interpersonal skills paired with excellent communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration and rapport building.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and an ability to build relationships through virtual channels.
