Our facility operates Monday through Saturday, and you will have the autonomy to establish your own schedule, accommodating your preferred work hours ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week. We provide in-house credentialing and efficient management of insurance processes, so you can focus on delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their unique mental health needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans by utilizing graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions based on client assessments.

• Collaborate effectively with other staff members, contributing to care discussions and documenting treatment progress during interdisciplinary meetings.

• Offer case management for assigned patients, ensuring that they receive coordinated care through collaboration with hospitals and community resources.

• Ethically and promptly complete all necessary documentation in line with department standards, maintaining accurate client records.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to support clients in achieving their personalized treatment goals.
