Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities, to assist clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

• Maintain clear communication with your colleagues regarding client assessments and treatment strategies through thorough documentation and regular participation in patient rounds.

• Provide case management services for assigned patients, collaborating closely with hospital and community professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Complete all required documentation and reports ethically and in a timely manner, adhering to departmental policies and standards.
