Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, families, and groups, to establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Engage in collaborative care by communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams regarding assessment findings, treatment strategies, and client progress, as documented during team meetings and patient rounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and continually evaluate their effectiveness in supporting clients towards achieving their personalized goals.
