Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Belfry Counseling Center, you will engage in various responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine their mental health needs and devise appropriate care plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to individual client needs and ensuring adherence to their individualized service plans.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, ensuring comprehensive and effective care.

• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with departmental standards and ethical guidelines.

• Providing case management services that involve consultation with hospital staff, community programs, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care for assigned patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
