Working remotely allows our therapists the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still delivering exceptional care. While the position primarily offers schedule flexibility, you will typically work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adaptability required to accommodate patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine patient needs, strengths, and challenges, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to provide individual, couple, and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering community connections while addressing common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care that embraces a holistic approach to patient wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
