Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans including crisis prevention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Facilitate timely and compliant documentation that meets regulatory standards while utilizing evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and enhance positive behavior support plans for clients.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our practices align with industry standards.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to coordinate care and resources for clients.

Qualifications\n
