Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing those needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, in individual, couples, and family settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to address prevalent mental health issues, encouraging community and patient engagement.

• Collaborate with medical professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care that fosters better patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive immediate support and resources.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions and available treatments, empowering them with knowledge and community resource navigation skills.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal obligations, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n
