Work Environment\n

This position offers a full-time telehealth work setting, allowing mental health professionals to connect with clients remotely. We offer a structured work schedule, typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Our supportive virtual environment includes access to advanced telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient interactions and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups fostering community connections and addressing common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and the nuances of therapy delivery across diverse populations.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments and develop impactful treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
