Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine each client's unique mental health needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver individual and group therapy, ensuring that diverse mental health concerns are addressed effectively.

• Engage collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, applying your clinical expertise and compassion to help de-escalate situations.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients while demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.
