Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' specific stressors, mental health challenges, and therapeutic objectives.

• Facilitate individual mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and emotional regulation strategies that promote personal insight and overall wellbeing.

• Lead group workshops on stress management and mindfulness practices, providing participants with tools to foster resilience and relaxation.

• Integrate mindfulness practices into personalized therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance the holistic treatment plans for our clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, mindfulness practices utilized, and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in continuous self-reflection and professional development to refine your expertise in MBSR and stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a varied clientele including individuals facing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and life transitions. You will provide support to individuals who are motivated to actively participate in their mental health journey, helping them adopt mindfulness strategies to manage their mental health proactively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure in Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT .
\n
• Solid understanding of a range of therapeutic modalities, with a strong preference for candidates proficient in mindfulness techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a safe and inviting therapeutic environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrable experience delivering mindfulness-based therapies, ideally including MBSR training.

• An annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
