Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to identify specific mental health needs and formulate customized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to create an integrated care approach that ensures clients receive holistic and comprehensive support.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, utilizing your clinical judgment to manage acute distress or emergency situations effectively, ensuring the safety and stability of clients in crisis.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting emotional well-being within the community.

You will be working with a diverse client population that includes individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a minimum of a master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills that facilitate the establishment of trust and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Show a profound understanding of cultural dynamics and possess sensitivity in addressing diverse client experiences.

• Exhibit strong organizational abilities and proficiency in documentation, ensuring clinical records are thoroughly and accurately maintained.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
