Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address complex mental health issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, equipping patients with coping mechanisms and supporting their emotional healing journey.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies and facilitate the immediate mental health needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
