Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, using evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions for individuals and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to facilitate smooth integration and coordination of care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, developing safety plans and ensuring a supportive environment during emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will revolve around engaging with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
