This full-time position is primarily remote but is connected to our outpatient office, allowing you to provide exceptional mental health care to our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including preliminary interviews and ongoing assessments, to document each client's journey from initial consultation to discharge.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring alignment with their therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities to foster client engagement and progress.

• Monitor and document client progress throughout treatment, making adjustments to interventions as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to develop comprehensive intervention strategies.

• Provide follow-up care by communicating with hospital staff when clients are admitted, ensuring continuity of care.

• Educate and support family members and primary caregivers in understanding and managing mental health challenges.

• Implement strategies to identify potential barriers to recovery and proactively address them with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more complex mental health conditions. As a counselor, you will create a safe and supportive space for clients to express their feelings, explore their challenges, and embark on their healing journeys. Understanding and catering to the varied cultural and personal backgrounds of clients is essential in fostering effective relationships and promoting successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A passing score on the National Counseling Exam (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Previous experience as a mental health counselor, demonstrating depth in clinical practice.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, specifically AVATAR or similar platforms.
\n
• Solid background in addressing both physical and emotional health conditions, including addiction disorders.

• Familiarity with the best practices recommended by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
