Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work flexibility while still being part of an outpatient office environment where teamwork and communication are paramount. Our practice operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Deep Logic Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique needs, history, and current challenges.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Leading psychoeducational and support groups designed to address common mental health issues and to promote community support.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention services when necessary, supporting clients during acute mental health emergencies.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Documenting patient interactions diligently, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participating in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse range of patients, including individuals experiencing various mental health disorders, families looking for familial support, and couples navigating relationship challenges. We serve individuals from different backgrounds, ensuring a cultural competence approach in all interactions. The role will require a deep understanding of both short-term and long-term therapeutic strategies tailored to individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A solid foundation in the understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional skills in performing mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in both individual and group therapy settings, particularly with diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, coupled with sound judgment and professionalism.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a range of computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, additional experience in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, or community mental health settings will be viewed favorably. Demonstrated success in group facilitation and community engagement activities is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Deep Logic Therapy offers a competitive annual salary range between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
