This role is 100% remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Mesa, Arizona. You'll be part of an outpatient office team that focuses on providing quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee the clinical care for a diverse caseload of patients, utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques to foster positive outcomes.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as psychological assessments, and maintain detailed treatment logs documenting client progress.

• Create tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, reflecting their unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies effectively, ensuring that clients receive immediate support during challenging times.

• Deliver educational and therapeutic support programs, helping both patients and families understand mental health issues and treatment options.

• Continuously monitor patient progress through follow-up evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed to meet changing psychological needs.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, providing referrals to specialized services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a varied client base, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The ability to connect with patients from different backgrounds and life experiences is vital, as you will be supporting individuals in overcoming both physical and emotional barriers to their mental health recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory for the position.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is essential to apply.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, applicants with additional training in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or play therapy) will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
