Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and questionnaires as necessary.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based therapy practices, focusing on achieving therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Engage with clients in a collaborative manner, encouraging them to participate actively in their therapeutic process and setting measurable objectives.

• Offer teletherapy alternatives for clients who may face accessibility or geographical limitations, ensuring they receive necessary support regardless of their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid mental health licensure in Arizona, such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or a PsyD.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology will be given priority consideration.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, fostering a safe and empathetic therapeutic environment.
