Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through virtual sessions, setting and collaboratively working towards personalized treatment goals.

• Provide prevention-oriented therapy that incorporates evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Develop, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring alignment with the clients' objectives.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary treatment providers and community resources to provide holistic support.

• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation promptly to facilitate effective case management.

• Participate actively in staff meetings and team-building exercises to enrich our organizational culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources and effective treatment modalities.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work harmoniously within a team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or evidence-based practices will be highly regarded. Familiarity with teletherapy technologies and platforms is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
