Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through secure telehealth platforms, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate meaningful client growth and healing.

• Document and maintain accurate, detailed records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active professional license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license from any jurisdiction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
