Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct telehealth sessions with clients, providing individual, family, and group therapy tailored to their unique needs.

• Plan and facilitate therapeutic groups with a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring meaningful interactions and opportunities for in-depth exploration of issues.

• Collaborate with other clinicians during case discussions to enhance treatment approaches and share best practices.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and care plans through our secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, using effective de-escalation techniques and empathetic communication.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, including access to free continuing education units (CEUs) to further enhance your skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active licensure in your state as a Mental Health Counselor (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT). Junior-licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply, as supervision will be provided.

• Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on the preference for a 1099 contractor role or a full-time W2 position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year.
