Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans for clients, addressing their specific needs and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and valid license as a mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, or social worker (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy to adult populations, with demonstrated success in clinical settings.

• Strong written communication skills for the accurate documentation and reporting of patient care.

• A clean disciplinary record with no pending actions from any licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary offerings, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
