Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video platforms, utilizing your clinical skills to enhance clients’ mental health.

• Serve as a steadfast advocate for clients, helping them set achievable goals tailored to their needs.

• Assess clients' mental health conditions and formulate personalized treatment plans grounded in solution-based methodologies, drawing from your clinical expertise.

• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and treatment progress while relying on our efficient counselor portal to simplify administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. The goal is to provide holistic support, taking into consideration each client’s unique background and circumstances to tailor treatment approaches that resonate with them.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Applicants must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in New York State, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW, and must not have any disciplinary actions on record.

• Strong clinical acumen and the ability to make informed decisions regarding treatment planning are essential.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic disposition are crucial for building rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience managing a diverse caseload with varying complexities and client needs is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
