Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews and appropriate diagnostic tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse problems, and eating disorders. A culturally responsive approach is essential, as our clients come from diverse backgrounds and possess unique life experiences. Your ability to empathize and understand their individual needs will be critical to their progress.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Fundamental understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
